Anti-Money Laundry

To comply with local anti-money laundering regulations, PTA Dynamix SA is affiliated with the OAD ASG (https://www.vsv-asg.ch/it/autodisciplina), a self-regulatory organization recognized by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The OAD ASG ensures that PTA Dynamix SA complies with legal and regulatory provisions, including the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and the rules of conduct issued by the FCT and recognized by FINMA.
