PTA Dynamix SA was founded in 2015 following the initiative of Luca Luoni, Daniele Doninelli and Fabio Doninelli, who strategically merged Dynamix Service SA and Professional Team Advisors SA.
Dynamix Service SA was established in 2000, with the aim of offering consultancy, planning and tax optimization services for companies and private individuals. Professional Team Advisors SA was founded in 2003 with the goal of assisting clients in international tax and legal matters.
